Annapurna Circuit Trek rewards the first-hand experience of rural Nepal. The route surrounds the Annapurna ranges itself and includes Jomsom route as well.
Thanks to its vast biodiversity and rich cultural heritages; The Annapurna Round Sanctuary trek rises to an altitude of 5,400m on the Thorung La pass, touching the edge of the Tibetan plateau. The mountain scenery, seen at close quarters includes the Annapurna Massif (Annapurna I- IV), Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Manaslu, Gangapurna (7455m) and Tilicho peak (7134m).
The trekking route follows the gorge of Marshyangdi River through lush fields of paddy, innumerable tiny streams, waterfalls, beautiful villages, flora, fauna, and above all the mind-blowing scenery of the Shangrilas’ including Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchre, Manaslu, Gangapurna and Tilicho peaks. Since, the trek passes through the very rural and famous 4 mountainous regions of Nepal including Lamjung, Manang, Mustang and Myagdi; the trek guarantees breathtaking panorama at every footstep ensuring you return home with experience of a lifetime.

The circuit takes you around the mighty Annapurna ranges, following the courses of forceful rivers of the Marshyangdi in the east and the Kali Gandaki in the west. The Kali Gandaki is the world’s deepest gorge enclosed by the sky-high Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
There are mainly four regions that are passed through on this 29 days long trek; Lamjung, Manang, Mustang and Myagdi. Lamjung and Myagdi at the lower elevations allow you a glimpse into lush green subtropical valley with neatly placed villages, terraced farming and predominant ‘Hindus’. While Manang and Mustang are of the higher elevations and are predominantly Tibetan Buddhists; the trek lets you an insight to Nepal’s dominant religions, rituals and traditions. Right after starting your way towards the destination, you realize the diverse inhabitants, their ethnic groups, alluring views of the majestic high mountain scenery and ever-changing picturesque landscapes; this trek is hard to beat.
The trek goes counter-clockwise from Besisahar to Nayapul and reaches its summit in Thorung La (pass) at the height of 5416m, or 17,769 feet. The route goes past the following mountains: Manaslu (an 8,000-plus meter peak), Langtang Himal, Annapurna II and IV, Annapurna III and Gangapurna, and, of course, Annapurna I and Dhaulagiri — passing through the world’s deepest gorge in between those two 8,000-plus meter peaks. Poon Hill, at the end of the trek, affords views of those two mountains, as well as South Annapurna and Macchapuchhre, the “Fishtail Mountain.”

Day 12: Acclimatization day in Muktinath (B, L, D)
Day 13: Muktinath – Marpha via Jomsom (2713m) 5 hrs (B, L, D)
Day 14: Marpha – Tatopani (1190m) (Hot Spring) 6 hrs (B, L, D)
Day 15: Tatopani – Ghorepani (2853m) 7 hrs (B, L, D)
Day 16: Ghorepani – visit Poonhill (3210m) and Trek down to Tikhedhunga (1575m) (B, L, D)
Day 17: Tikhedhunga - Nayapul and 1 hr drive to Pokhara check in Hotel (B, L)
Day 18: Pokhara to Kathmandu 6 hrs drive and check in Hotel. Rest of the time for shopping (B)
Day 19: Final Departure to the Airport by our private car (B)

Our enthusiasm was occurred when our team passed through the worlds deepest canyon between of those 8,000 meter plus peaks.Conclude of our treks we were at the top of poon Hill where we afforded the marvelous views of south Annapurna and Machhapuchhere as Fishtail mountain.On our route we saw the sacred temple of Muktinath where many and many Buddhists and Hindus pilgrims belongs to the holy temple.On the same region we saw one of the oldest monastery.By hiking we came back from Muktinath to Jomsom and next morning Jomsom to Pokhara . One day sightseeing at Pokhara we return back to Kathmandu.We are so proud with Skyline Treks & Expedition and with their whole outstanding team for a such gleeful moment.
