Panchase trekking in the Annapurna region

Panchase Trekking in Nepal

Only have a few days in Nepal? Don’t want to miss the chance to explore its scenic and rural beauty? We at Skyline have a special package for Panchase trekking, a short lowland trekking route in the Annapurna region.

The Panchase trekking trail isn’t much visited by trekkers, hence virgin culture and ethnic lifestyles can be experienced at its best. Panchase is also a popular Nepalese pilgrim destination where locals pay respects to their ancestor’s souls and worship the mountains gods. It offers magnificent views of Annapurna region including Annapurna I 8091m, Dhaulagiri 8167m, Annapurna II. 7739m, Annapurna III. 7555m, Annapurna IV. 7525m, Fishtail 6998m, Hiunchuli 6441m, Nilgiri 7041m, Lamjung Himal 6988m, Tukuche peak 6920m etc.

The trek is a rare combination of long arrays of snow-capped mountains, crystal clear lakes, and turbulent rivers with deep gorges, Tibetan monasteries, hot springs, and picturesque villages inhabited by simple and friendly ethnic people.

We at Skyline Treks, have carried out many successful treks in the Annapurna region all year round since the early 1990’s ; so if you’re planning for a trek in the Annapurna region, make sure to consult an expert today! We had a fantastic experience

We have travelled many places around the world and prefer to use local companies. After some Internet searching I came across Skyline treks. They put together a great itinerary for us. We travelled for 5 weeks in Nepal including trekking to Annapurna base camp, rafting the Seti river, Chitwan National Park, and most of the local attractions around Kathmandu, Pokhara, and everywhere in between. We had a fantastic experience.

We have travelled as a private group with local companies and with international travel companies before. I have to say I much prefer local companies and Skyline treks in no exception. What you gain by traveling with local groups is getting to know people including your guides, drivers, and many people along the way. There is a much greater interaction with local people that will enrich your trip. Having the same driver and guides, porters etc over many weeks allows good friendships to be formed and for a much more personal trip. Raj, the owner of the company took great care of us. When the going got tough on the abc trek with ice and snow, there was always a helping hand. We always had hot drinks shortly after arriving at the tea houses. Go and have a great adventure in Nepal with skyline treks if you haven't been or try them if you are returning. We would love to return in the future to see more of this charming country and friendly people.
